Hospital Pharmacist Role: Clinical Pharmacy Expertise Opportunities

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust invites applications from qualified pharmacists for the position of Hospital Pharmacist. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and supportive environment, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000, based on location and experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise in a variety of specialties, including medical, surgical, and paediatric clinical settings.

Key duties include completing a local induction programme, maintaining core skills throughout employment, and acting as a role model for pharmacy within the Trust. Additional responsibilities may include undertaking audits and quality improvement projects, supporting compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, and participating in unsociable hours weekend and bank holiday working.

Essential Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm or equivalent)
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
