Job Summary:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled pharmacist to lead a ward-based pharmacy service and provide a high-quality clinical pharmacy service.

The successful candidate will work closely with ward staff to optimize patient care and contribute to the planning and coordination of clinical initiatives.

Key responsibilities include individual prescription review, medication history verification, advice on dosage and side effects, and monitoring of prescribing and drug expenditure.
