Rotational Pharmacist Service Coordinator

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Rotational Pharmacist to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy services and contribute to the development of our service.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide a ward-based clinical pharmacy service, including individual prescription review, confirmation of patient medication history, advice on dosage, side-effects, cautions, and monitoring required. You will also participate in ward rounds, clinical meetings, and other activities to provide pharmaceutical advice to prescribers and other healthcare professionals.
Essential Criteria
- Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Qualified to Masters Degree level (MPharm or equivalent)
