Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Ward Team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality
- Work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress
Requirements
">- Registered nursing qualification or equivalent
- Registered with the NMC
- Experience of working as a Staff Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse in a ward department
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Demonstrated computer skills
