About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Medical Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the medical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading by example.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have opportunities for professional development and training.

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional clinical care and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement within a supportive environment.

The role includes internal rotation to nights and weekends, and we offer a comprehensive induction package to support your success.

Responsibilities:
  1. To deputise in the absence of the Ward Manager, assisting and providing leadership to the Ward Teams in delivering a high standard of care.
  2. To develop and maintain clinical skills and knowledge necessary to provide person-centred evidence-based care.
