Job Description:
As a Clinical Care Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver patient-focused care.
- Developing and implementing pharmacy protocols and guidelines.
- Providing medication counselling to patients with enquiries.
- Maintaining a high level of professional and ethical standards.
- Participating in continuous professional development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Your main duties as a Clinical Care Lead will involve:
- Managing the provision of pharmaceutical care.
- Ensuring patient-focused care is delivered across the UK.
- Participating in the development of pharmacy protocols and guidelines.
- Providing medication counselling to patients with enquiries.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Pharmacy.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- A background in Community and Clinical pharmacy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- A passion for customer-focused care.
