Pharmacist - Primary Care Network

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist within the North Oxfordshire Rural Alliance (NORA) Primary Care Network, where you will play a pivotal role in improving patient outcomes through comprehensive clinical pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver clinical medication reviews to ensure optimal use of medications, including telephone support and domiciliary visits.
- Collaborate with the Senior Clinical Pharmacist and team to develop quality improvement initiatives in medicines optimisation.
- Analyse data to highlight areas for improvement in prescribing practices and contribute to national and local research initiatives.
- Assist with designing and implementing computer searches to identify high-risk patients and implement changes to reduce prescribing risks.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Undergraduate degree in pharmacy.
- Enrollment on or agreement to undertake the CPPE pathway for independent prescribers.
- Proven experience in general practice or community pharmacy settings.
We offer a competitive salary range of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
