About This Exciting Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in a key role that will involve managing and optimising pharmaceutical care delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient-focused care and contributing to the development of pharmacy protocols and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement pharmacy protocols and guidelines
  • Provide medication counselling to patients and monitor patient medication therapy

Requirements

  • Pharmacy degree required; registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council essential
  • Background in community and clinical pharmacy desirable
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
