Job Description:

As a Pharmacy Technician at Hightown Surgery, you will play a vital role in supporting the clinical pharmacists and the primary care team to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient systems for repeat prescribing, medicines optimisation, reducing medicines waste, and maximising patient outcomes.

Your main duties will include supporting the clinical pharmacists in medicines reconciliation and optimisation, dealing with medication queries, and providing patient information leaflets. You will also assist in the achievement of the practice targets for the ICB Prescribing Quality Scheme (PQS) and contribute to the review and development of repeat prescribing protocols.

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000-£33,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a skilled and dedicated individual who is passionate about improving patient care, please apply today.
