Job Title: Programme Development Manager

About the Role:

Civitas Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Programme Development Manager to join our client, a leading international charity. As Programme Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing a complex portfolio of institutional and corporate grants, securing funds for new programmes, and driving the charity's mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and approach new institutional donors, converting them from prospects to secured funds.
  • Manage a portfolio of grants, ensuring timely reporting and compliance with donor requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, partners, and stakeholders across different working environments.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure funding.

Requirements:

  • Strong track record in fundraising from large institutional donors, trusts, and foundations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for working in the international development sector, with a commitment to the charity's mission and values.
