Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process grant requests efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of grant activities, including financial transactions and correspondence.
- Provide expert financial support and advice to team members and departments, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in grant processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that all financial transactions and activities are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Participate in departmental and organisational meetings to discuss financial matters and provide updates on grant activities.
- Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
- Experience in grant management within the not for profit sector, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, departments, and external stakeholders.
