Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Grant Thornton Limited. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a critical role in the delivery of our firm-wide recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all service lines in the Channel Islands.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local schools, colleges, and universities to increase our profile as an employer of choice.
  • Plan and execute annual recruitment calendars of key marketing events across the Channel Islands and UK.
  • Organize and attend internal and external careers events to promote our brand and attract potential candidates.
  • Prepare job specifications, job descriptions, and advertisements to ensure accurate and compelling representations of our company culture and values.
  • SOURCE suitable candidates through the advertising of positions internally and externally.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
