**Key Responsibilities**

  • Identify and secure institutional and corporate grants to support new programmes
  • Develop and manage relationships with donors, from prospecting to proposal management and reporting
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create compelling proposals and technical inputs
  • Engage with funders to secure funding for new programmes

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in securing 6-7 figure, multi-year institutional and/or trusts and foundation grants
  • Excellent relationship management skills with donors, across the funding cycle
  • Experience working in development projects in Eastern Africa, particularly in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zimbabwe
  • Knowledge of key thematic areas, including women's economic empowerment, value chains, livelihoods, and enterprise acceleration
