Residential Childcare Assistant Manager

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Childcare Officer to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized care and support to children residing in our Children's Homes.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the children, based on trust, empathy, and understanding.
- Create engaging activities and programs that cater to the children's diverse interests and abilities.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless provision of care services.
- Participate in regular supervisions and training sessions to expand your skillset and knowledge.
This role requires a flexible approach to your work schedule, as it involves working weekends and unsociable hours. However, the sense of fulfillment and satisfaction you'll gain from making a real difference in the lives of these children makes it all worthwhile.
Compensation:We offer a competitive salary of £28,176 - £31,101 pro-rata per annum, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including annual leave and pension scheme.
