As a Residential Lettings Manager at Spicerhaart in Sheffield, you will be responsible for leading a team of property managers at our Lettings office in Sheffield. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings and possess strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of property managers, monitor and assess individual team member performance, ensure the business is risk-averse and follows the highest compliance standards, conduct property inspections, negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals, coordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues, process eviction requests, resolve rental arrears, build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, complete check-in and check-out procedures including full inventory reports.
Salary and Benefits:
The role comes with a basic salary of £28,500 to £39,000 depending on experience, up to £7,200 in capped commission, and an additional £3,725 uncapped commission target. Other benefits include a company car or monthly car allowance, career progression opportunities, industry-leading training, nationally recognised qualification, 24/7 access to Employee Assistance Programme, eye care, up to £500 for successful employee referrals, and a company pension scheme.
