As a Lettings Representative, you will be responsible for registering applicant details, booking viewings, negotiating with potential tenants, and completing check-in and check-out processes. You will also contribute to marketing strategies, promote additional services to existing tenants, and carry out inspections in accordance with ASTs.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and sales skills, strong organisational abilities, and effective communication at all levels. You will be working in a supportive and engaging work environment, with a strong commitment to excellent customer service and continuous learning. This company offers a competitive salary of up to £29,000 per annum (depending on experience), as well as a range of benefits including 23 days holiday, increasing to 25 days with length of service, and free parking on site. You will also receive industry-approved training and qualifications, including Level 3 ARLA in Residential Lettings and Property Management.
