At Progressive Care UK Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Care Manager to join our team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children in our care.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 in Children's Residential Childcare Qualification (or equivalent) and either hold or be committed to completing their Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management. They will have a minimum of two years' experience working in social care, with experience leading and motivating a staff team.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £43,908.80 p.a., based on an average of 40 hours per week. Our benefits package includes a company pension scheme, travel expenses, Blue Light Card discounts, and free on-site parking.

This role involves supporting the Home Manager in day-to-day management and operations of the home, maintaining a compliant, safe, and homely environment. The successful candidate will also provide leadership, guidance, and support to the staff team, contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of staff, and act as a role model and mentor to staff.

We require the successful candidate to be flexible and willing to go the extra mile. They must also have knowledge of legislation and Ofsted requirements.
