Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to fill this full-time role, which offers a competitive salary of up to £43,908.80 per annum based on 40 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting the Senior Management Team in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for children in our residential setting
  2. Leading and managing a team of staff to deliver exceptional care and services to our young people
  3. Developing and implementing effective strategies to promote the well-being and safety of children in our care
  4. Collaborating with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve the best possible outcomes for children

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., social work, child care, youth work)
  • Experience working in a senior management position within a residential care setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passion for delivering high-quality services and making a positive difference in the lives of children
