Residential Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a caring and patient individual to join our team as a Flexi Care Support Worker at Sheffcare Ltd. This role offers the opportunity to work 12 hour shifts, primarily during day hours, where you will provide essential personal care and engage individuals in enriching activities.

As a residential care assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting the wellbeing and dignity of our residents. Your ability to build strong relationships and understand the needs of our residents will be essential in delivering high-quality care.

A competitive salary of £68 per hour reflects the importance of this role in delivering high-quality care. Additionally, you will enjoy benefits such as enhanced maternity pay, free drinks and meals, and a free DBS check.

To be successful in this position, you will require an Enhanced DBS check and must be willing to go above and beyond to champion quality care and advocate for those in need.
