Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership across all functions, ensuring seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to guarantee comprehensive care and outcomes-driven decisions.
  • Induct, supervise, and appraise staff, promoting development and succession planning.
  • Foster strong team relationships through mentorship and coaching.
  • Continuously review and update care plans to meet evolving resident needs.
  • Collaborate with service users, families, and multi-disciplinary teams in developing tailored care strategies.
