Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work across a full rota pattern. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing exceptional care and support to vulnerable children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff members in providing high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the well-being and development of residents
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
