Job Summary

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work as a Residential Care Team Leader, leading a team of experienced professionals in delivering high-quality care services to individuals with complex needs. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our service users receive person-centred care that meets their unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership, guidance and support to the residential care team.
  2. Servicing Needs: Conduct new care assessments, ensuring that the service user's needs are met and the care provided is person-centered and exceeds expectations.
  3. Service Development: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the quality of our care services.
  4. Community Engagement: Build positive relationships with local authorities, community groups and other stakeholders to promote our services and facilitate collaborative working.
  5. Incident Management: Handle complaints and incidents in a fair, efficient and timely manner.

Essential Requirements:

  • RQF Level 5 or equivalent qualification in healthcare.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager with the CQC.
  • At least 2 years' experience working with children and young adults, within a supported living setting.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
