Exemplar Health Care, a leading nursing care provider, is seeking a Care Manager Leader to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with severe or profound and multiple learning disabilities.

About the Role:

  • This leadership position requires a minimum of three years management experience, ideally in a complex care setting.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Manager with operational excellence, leading the clinical team, and ensuring the provision of high-quality care.
  • A key aspect of this role is providing clinical oversight, holding accountability for safe and effective care delivery, and participating in EQA systems, action planning, and clinical governance.

About You:

  • To succeed in this role, you must have outstanding communication skills, a 'can do' attitude, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
  • Nurse qualified with an active PIN and at least three years management experience are essential requirements.
