Care Services Leadership Opportunity

Progressive Care Limited is seeking an experienced leader to manage a residential care home in Sheffield, supporting individuals with learning disabilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of care standards, legislation, and regulations, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a team to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, including families, professionals, and local authorities.

Salary Range: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing care services for individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Degree in Social Care or related field.
