Sales Director

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Director to join our residential team at Haybrook. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area.
You will collaborate closely with a super hub office nearby, tapping into their expertise in sales negotiation, sale progression, and administration to achieve outstanding results. With a significant marketing budget, you will identify and pursue market appraisal opportunities, converting them into instructions that you will oversee to completion.
This fully employed position offers the flexibility of a self-employed model, allowing you to thrive as a top-performing Estate Agent in your local area. You will receive comprehensive support, including access to learning and development programs, local property centre resources, industry-leading marketing, and cutting-edge technology.
The compensation package includes a competitive basic salary of £20,000 - £27,500 per year, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission, profit share, company car or car allowance, pension, and access to elite training and coaching.
