Job Description:\

As a Customer Service and Sales Director, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our showrooms.\
\
You will work closely with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience when interacting with our brand.\
\
Key responsibilities include maintaining communication with the team and Area Manager, ensuring showroom staffing meets customer service levels, and ensuring staff are knowledgeable about current product ranges.\
\
Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on market trends and ideas for store merchandising and operation, and maintain staff discipline and protect company assets from theft and fraud.\
\
Requirements:\
\
To be successful in this role, you will need good verbal, written, and numerical literacy, as well as relevant experience or background in KBB industry.\
\
Salary:\
\
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
