Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales and marketing activities, setting ambitious targets, and guiding a cross-functional team to achieve growth in all market sectors. You will also be instrumental in shaping and executing a growth strategy that supports both core markets and new business opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Developing and executing a growth strategy that supports both core markets and new business opportunities.
  • Building and nurturing long-term partnerships, delivering exceptional service and competitive advantage to existing and new customers.
  • Leading sales & marketing activities, setting ambitious targets, and guiding a cross-functional team to achieve growth in all market sectors.

Requirements:
* Proven expertise in sales and business development within steel fabrication or precision manufacturing.
* Skilled in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer-centric strategy development.
* A proactive relationship manager who understands the nuances of building trust with clients.
* Strong planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage targets and maximise team potential.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
