Sales Channel Director

We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Channel Director to lead our European market strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth through indirect channels and developing strong partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the European market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing partners, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Recruit and onboard new partners, ensuring they meet our high standards and are equipped to succeed.
- Provide ongoing training and support to our partners, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance, providing regular reports to management on progress and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the golf industry.
- Strong understanding of the European market and its key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
