Job Description:

You will work closely with our sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies, drive new business opportunities, and maintain existing customer relationships. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing high-value sales leads, negotiating deals, and ensuring timely closure of sales transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or director-level roles
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
