About the Role

This senior position involves developing and implementing global sales strategies across Europe, Australia, Latin America, and the Middle East. The successful candidate will drive business growth, manage international sales teams, and lead cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strategic Market Entry: Formulate plans to enter new international markets, including distribution and go-to-market strategies.
  • Sales Growth: Develop business development plans to achieve sales targets in multiple regions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Market Managers across various regions, ensuring high performance and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Promotional Strategy: Design and manage international marketing and promotional campaigns, aligning with market-specific needs and brand guidelines.
  • Budget Management: Oversee international SG&A budgets, ensuring alignment with growth targets and financial objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • 15+ years of international sales experience, with a strong track record in business development.
  • Business acumen and negotiation skills, with proven success in driving sales growth.
  • MBA preferred, as well as familiarity with international market trends.
