About the Role

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading high value capital project sales with key accounts in the Eastern side of the UK, covering Newcastle down to Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and develop long-term relationships with Hospitals, Contractors, Architects, specifiers, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
  • BUILD strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize results

What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary between £45,000 - £55,000 and an OTE of up to £90,000, plus a company car or car allowance, pension scheme, private healthcare, and home office options.
