About the Role

We are seeking an experienced residential care manager to lead our team in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people. As our ideal candidate, you will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of quality standards and safeguarding frameworks.

Key responsibilities include managing hub placements, edge of care activities, and bespoke placements, ensuring compliance with regulations and Ofsted inspections. Additionally, you will develop and deliver service and team plans, lead recruitment and training, and establish strong partnerships with stakeholders.

We require an experienced manager with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent. A minimum of two years' experience in a management role within a social care setting is also essential, along with knowledge of Quality Standards, Children's Homes Regulations, and Safeguarding frameworks.

The salary for this role is £49,498 plus additional on-call payment opportunities, making it an attractive offer for those passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.
