About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Child Care Officers. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will play a vital part in providing safe and nurturing environments for children in care.

Located in Doncaster, our residential care services support children's growth and healing, offering excellent opportunities for personal development and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with colleagues and external partners
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,176 - £31,101, plus sleep-in shifts (£40.77 per shift) and overtime paid at time and a quarter. We also offer South Yorkshire Pension Authority contributions and an attractive total compensation package.

Location and Working Hours:

This full-time role (37 hours) includes 2 weekends off out of 4, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Our residential care homes are strategically located across Doncaster, with excellent transport links.
