Job Responsibilities

As an Early Years/Nursery Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing effective strategies to support children's learning and development
  2. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for children
  3. Collaborating with colleagues to promote teamwork and build positive relationships
  4. Assessing and recording children's progress, ensuring they meet developmental milestones
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
  • Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and education to young children
