About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Practitioner to join our team in Sheffield. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to secure a permanent role for the right candidate.

As a qualified Level 3 or above practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting. Your main focus will be on creating a safe and inclusive environment that promotes learning and development.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, making adjustments as needed
  • Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

You will work collaboratively with other practitioners to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of Level 3 qualification in childcare or a related field
  • Experience working with young children in a nursery setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £85-£100 per day, dependent on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
