Role Overview

The position of Baby Room Leader has become available at our Education setting in Doncaster. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead a baby room with a capacity for 12 babies, working alongside a team of practitioners.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a 'Outstanding' rated setting that prioritizes outdoor learning and fosters a genuine family atmosphere. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and education for the children in your care.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.04 and a range of benefits, including:

  • 40% discount on childcare services for staff children (0-11 years)
  • Royal London pension scheme

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner qualification or above, have experience as a Room Leader, and demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding young children.
