As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool room, leading and managing daily activities, ensuring effective use of staff and resources, implementing and enhancing practices to continuously improve the learning environment, collaborating with management to uphold preschool standards, and contributing to staff development.

Key Responsibilities
