About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve client technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Participate in client onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition to our Equus Workforce Solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client technical requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality client presentations, webinars, and demos, showcasing our expertise and capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Desirable: technical background with experience in software development and/or web technology.
