Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate to support the coordination of all activities within the end-to-end mobility lifecycle for a Global Manager or Country Lead.

The successful applicant must have experience managing mobility for Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Global Mobility Manager or Country Lead on all mobility-related matters, including policy, process, income tax, immigration, and social security.
  • Administer cross-border movement cases.
  • Ensure people compliance with project assignment tax, payroll relocation, and transfer policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Manage work permit applications and secondment declarations for UK, UAE, and other European countries as required.
  • Provide day-to-day support to travelers to ensure value-added mobility services.
  • Initiate periodic check-ins with assignees to resolve possible issues.
  • Data tracking and compliance reporting.
  • Prepare and process documentation and calculations in line with agreed policies and contractual arrangements.
  • Cooperate with and coordinate external suppliers like law firms, tax consultants, and relocation companies.
  • Support annual tax and social security compliance, such as STBVA.
  • Communicate and coordinate with authorities.
  • Work and collaborate with team members and stakeholders in EMEA, India, and North America.
  • Participate in Global Mobility projects.
  • Responsible for mobility compliance and processes for designated countries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree or proven experience in international assignment management/global mobility.
  • Regional knowledge of immigration, tax, and social security regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional operational, communication, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a globally distributed team and with stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships with a client-led focus.
  • Strong team orientation and assertiveness.
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurately to tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and other languages desirable.
