About the Role:

The Client Service Associate will be responsible for understanding the everyday workflow of clients and helping them utilize our products more effectively and efficiently.

The Location: This role is based in London, United Kingdom.

Work Shift: The team operates 24/7 and may require working during non-US hours and on weekends.

The Team: The Client Support team provides client support for sustainability data on our business intelligence tools by holding investigative conversations with clients and driving product usage.

The Impact: As the face of the organization, the Client Service Associate will answer client queries while showcasing their vast knowledge of our tools, data, and the industries we cover.

  • Develop industry knowledge by working with our diverse client base at various financial institutions, government organizations, and universities located across the globe.
  • Learn technical expertise like MS Excel and SQL.
  • Provide client support via phone, email, and other mediums.
  • Make suggestions regarding product usability, presentation, and data quality.
  • Work with clients and internal colleagues to build customized, data-driven Excel models.
  • Conduct educational WebCasts and proactive client outreach campaigns.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's/College degree in Economics, Sustainability/ESG, Environmental Sciences, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Flexible to changes in a rapidly evolving environment.
