Business Development Representative

Octane Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their Milton Keynes showroom.
The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work in a nationwide company with a fantastic salary of £45,000 (uncapped earning potential) and a basic salary of £25,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:45 - 17:30, with Saturday mornings on rota in return for extra time off during the week.
This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. A strong understanding of commercial sales principles and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and be self-motivated, with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
