  • Developing and reviewing care plans to meet residents' changing needs
  • Ensuring staff are supervised appropriately and shifts run smoothly
  • Promoting the Home in the local community through outreach activities
  • Completing quality audits and demonstrating leadership skills

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and ideally have or be working towards an NVQ Level 3. A minimum of two years' experience working with the elderly in a health and social care setting is also preferred.
