Job Description: Care and Support Professional

Join us as a Care and Support Professional in our Heathrow IRC location. You will work closely with clients who require assistance with substance misuse and low-level mental health issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support
  • Assess and address potential risks and concerns
Key Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of substance misuse and low-level mental health concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations
