As a Care Assistant at Ashall Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing residents' needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Providing physical, emotional, and social support to residents
  • Supervising staff and ensuring smooth shift operations
  • Promoting the Home in the local community through awareness-raising activities
  • Participating in quality audits and demonstrating leadership qualities

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £12.60 per hour, paid weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your preference. Additional benefits include:

Contract Details

We have a permanent 11-hour contract available with an immediate start. Shift times are pre-planned using a rota app, and additional shifts can be picked up as desired. Our team works weekends and bank holidays, but we strive to provide a healthy work-life balance.
