About Our Home

Drayton Village Care Centre is a purpose-built home in one of West London's latest Garden cities, offering first-class care for residents with 91 beds.

We are seeking a full-time Activities Coordinator to join our team and provide high-quality care to our residents.

Job Description:

  • Maintain good relationships with residents, promoting their well-being and adjusting to life in a care home.
  • Deliver exceptional personal and psychological care to all residents in a professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with the management team, senior care assistants, chef, and relatives to ensure smooth operations.
  • Complete records as required, maintaining a satisfactory standard.
  • Ensure confidentiality at all times.
  • Plan engaging daytime and evening activities.
  • Comply with health and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate activities with other services in the facility and create a monthly planner.
  • Encourage resident participation and document outcomes.
  • Work individually and within the team to support staff and meet the aims and objectives of the home.
