Experienced SEN Coordinator Wanted for Academic Excellence

Academics Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join our team. As a successful SENCO, you will be responsible for leading our team of Teaching Assistants and providing exceptional pastoral care across the school.
Job Requirements
• Proven track record of working with students with special educational needs
• Excellent communications, leadership, and organisational skills
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a National Award for SEN Coordination or willingness to work towards it
What We Offer
The salary for this role is approximately £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including paid MPS / UPS Outer London allowance and opportunities for professional development.
