Learning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Special Educational Needs Teacher to join our team at Academics Ltd. in West Drayton. As a member of our staff, you will work with students who have a range of special educational needs and disabilities.
The ideal candidate will be qualified with QTS and have experience in SEN teaching. Strong communication skills and patience are essential for this role, as well as the ability to adapt teaching methods to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver tailored learning programs for students with special needs
- Assess and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with staff and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in SEN teaching
