44 bed luxury hospitality driven residential nursing care.
Set over 7 floors, the roperty will cater to residential nursing care, memory care, respite and rehab/recovery.

Scope
Loveday & Co. offers care services in both traditional care homes and specialised rehabilitation facilities.As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our members' well-being and independence, regardless of the setting.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate the member assessment process, ensuring involvement of the resident in identifying needs and preferences, and integration of all information into the care plan.
- Ensure that all relevant information in respect of each member is communicated as appropriate to achieve delivery of person-centred approach.
- Complete all allocated one-to-one meetings and yearly performance reviews with staff in the department.
- Ensure appropriate staff allocations and completion of daily assignments.
- Regularly communicate to family members with regards to member needs and progress.
- Conduct and oversee effective handovers between all shifts, ensuring that the Care Services Manager is kept fully informed at all times with regards to applicable areas.
- Provide daily coaching and support to Care Assistants as needed, leading by example at all times.
- Develop and execute daily programming for members focusing on person centred activities.
- Carrying out any other task that may be reasonably assigned to you.
Eligibility
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
