Nursery Care Professional

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring Nursery Care Professional to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years old.
Responsibilities:
- To plan and implement creative and engaging activities that promote learning, curiosity, and exploration, while adapting to individual needs and interests.
- To build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members to create a supportive community and ensure a holistic approach to child development.
- To maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment where children can thrive and learn, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, showcasing expertise in early years education and development.
- Full and relevant childcare qualification, demonstrating dedication to providing the best care for children and meeting regulatory standards.
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner in a similar setting, showcasing passion and commitment to early years education and ability to effectively support children's development.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development, with a compassionate and patient approach.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection policies, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children under your care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues and facilitate a positive learning environment.
