Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team as a Child Development Specialist. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will be responsible for creating engaging activities that support the holistic development of children aged 0-5 years.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Create diverse and inclusive learning experiences that cater to individual children's needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver creative educational programs.
- Provide personalized care and support to ensure each child's health, safety, and well-being.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting an inclusive and welcoming environment.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner or similar.
- A strong understanding of child development theories and practices.
